However, we are offering a special opportunity to go back in time with wines from the  original producers selected for the tasting by Stephen and Patricia. 

We will feature Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux wines from all of the original producers, but the wines will all be from the 1975 vintage. 

Mouton,Haut Brion, Heitz, Ridge and all the rest.  You will taste them all. 

1975  Vintage Retrospective

Focus on the 1975 vintage from all of the original producers. These wines would have been resting in barrel at the time of the tasting, but the vintage evens things out a bit and the tannic nature of the bordeaux vintage has led to a long life.  This is a re-do with a slightly more even playing field.
